Cancellation Policy
- Due to demand and limited availability for stylists, we require all new clients to provide a valid credit or debit card upon booking a color appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a $100 cancellation fee with be charged to the card provided. Thank you for your understanding!
Redo policy: If you are not satisfied with your color and/or cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within 7 days. Full service price applies after 7 days unless stylist availability is limited.
Late Policy - Again, life happens! We allow a 15 minute late window for clients. If you’re going to be late, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate. After 15 minutes, we will have to reschedule your appointment so that it doesn’t affect the following client’s appointment.
